No, you are free to order as many products as you wish. In fact, we even take bulk order requests online. However it’s advisable to contact us for special discounted quotation if you intend to buy more than 20 products all at once

We have a number of safe and easy ways to pay for your items ordered. All payments must be placed online via our website. On checkout, you will be prompted to make a secure online payment using using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, or you can instead choose to pay with PayPal 

Orders placed on a weekday before 15h00 can be processed & dispatched (handed to courier facility) on the same day. Orders placed beyond 15h00 are guaranteed to be dispatched the next day. Orders placed on Weekends & Public Holidays are immediately processed, but are dispatched on the following working day 

Upon paying for your order online, you will receive an email notification and/or SMS notification updating you on your purchase/order immediately after your payment has received

Unfortunately, No. All orders must be placed online and paid for via our secure online payment gateway for quicker and effective order processing

After placing the order, within 24hrs you will get a msg on your phone number or email id with tracking details, through which you can track the order. You can track the status of your order by entering either your order number or email on our online tracking portal  and our support team will get back to you shortly either through email and/or through our WhatsApp helpline

Our vegetable glycerin is from palm kernel oil, which contains Polyol (naturally occurring sugar). Polyol is more easily metabolized by the body than sorbitol and other alcohol sugars. In addition, glycerin does not result in an insulin response.

Your product does not need to be refrigerated but it is important to keep the product out of direct sunlight and keep the lid on when it is not being used. An already mixed herbal tea may be refrigerated if you wish to consume it at later time
