Shipping Policy

GENERAL OVERVIEW

At Premium Herbals Inc, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely, efficiently, and on time. Whether you're located in South Africa or shopping from other regions like Europe, Middle East, Asia, USA, and the rest of Africa. This policy outlines our delivery methods, processing times, international customs considerations, and what to expect once your order is placed. Our goal is to provide a smooth, secure & fast delivery to your doorstep

We currently ship to all provinces across South Africa, as well as internationally to Europe, Middle East, Asia, USA, and the Rest of Africa. Our courier partners can only deliver to street addresses and they do not deliver to embassies, malls and chain stores. If our couriers can't deliver to your address we'll contact you to make alternative arrangements. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. One of our courier partners will deliver to your physical address

Orders above R500 qualify for FREE door-to-door or PAXI PEP Store delivery nationwide (South Africa).  If your order is under R500 then a shipping fee will apply. International orders above R1800 qualify for free DHL or FedEx shipping

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Domestic/South Africa

Orders within SA are delivered through door-to-door parcel delivery or PAXI PEP Store delivery with an approximate shipping time between 2-5 working days

 

International Shipping

Orders to Europe, Middle East, USA, Asia & the Rest of Africa are delivered through DHL Express/FedEx door-to-door parcel deliverwith an approximate shipping time between 5-7 working days

 

Actual delivery may vary based on customs, location, and courier availability

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order quantity and whether you qualify for free shipping or not. All shipping costs will be clearly shown before checkout

Where applicable, International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price, are the sole responsibility of the customer and may cause delivery delays beyond our control

After placing the order, within 24hrs you will get a notification SMS on your phone number or email ID with tracking details, through which you can track the order. You can track the status of your order by entering either your order number or email on our online tracking portal

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable

If a package is returned due to: Incorrect or incomplete address, Rejected or unclaimed delivery, Failure to pay customs duties. You may be responsible for reshipping charges. If you prefer a refund, original shipping costs may be deducted

Situations such as adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, therefore a 'late' delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter

Once an order is placed and dispatched, changes cannot be made. Shipping/delivery info can only be modified if you contact us within 6 hours from when you place the order. Changes will be effected if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet
